***We will normally meet at Deshka Landing during King Season. However, we will make contact the day before to confirm this. Due to changing fishing conditions and our willingness to take you to the hottest spots, we may meet somewhere else. ***For Reds we will meet at Millers Market in Houston, we may also meet there for Silvers as well. |
To Deshka Landing:
From Anchorage:
- Take the Glenn Highway to Wasilla, then North on the Parks Highway to Willow.
- Continue North on the Parks Highway to 70.8 mile (State DOT sign announces the Deshka Landing Turn)
- Turn West (left) off the Parks Highway approx. (70.8 mile) onto Willow Creek Parkway. (This road also runs to the Willow Creek State Recreation Site).
- Continue on Willow Creek Parkway (about 1.9 miles) to the first asphault road (Crystal Lake Road).
- Turn left onto Crystal Lake Road and continue (about 2.3 miles) on the asphalt to Mishap Road.
- Turn right on Mishap Road (Follow the State DOT sign) to Deshka Landing (about 2.7 Miles)
To Millers Market:
From Anchorage:
- Take the Glenn Highway to Wasilla, then North on the Parks Highway to Houston.
- You will pass Big Lake road before you get to Houston. Keep going until you go under the rail road tracks, you soon cross the Little Su River, and then arrive at Millers Market on your left.
- You will see the boat launch back behind Millers Market. Meet us there. You will have to go in the Market to pay 5 to 10 dollars for parking.
- Again we may be meeting at another spot on the Little Su, so we will make contact the day before we leave.
